When we are around

Availability & response times

The team is based in Dublin and responds during regular Irish business hours. For questions about live sessions, there may be a short delay if instructors are mid-class.

Messages sent outside these hours are picked up the next working morning — typically before 10:00.

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00

Saturday 10:00 – 14:00

Course & curriculum questions

Questions about what a specific module covers, how sessions are structured, or which learning path suits your current level — these go to the curriculum team and usually get a reply within a few hours on weekdays.

Platform & access issues

If you cannot log in, a session link is not working, or something looks broken in the interface, flag it under the Technical category. Include your browser and device type if you can — it speeds things up considerably.

Partnership enquiries

Schools, community organisations, or employers interested in group access for their members can reach out via the Partnership category. We look at each request individually and respond within two business days.
