1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content made available through the Bifutay platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, course materials, lesson structures, software, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the exclusive property of Bifutay or its content licensors.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights. No ownership of any platform content is transferred to you by virtue of accessing or using the platform.

3. Permitted Use of Platform Content

Subject to your compliance with this Policy and any applicable terms of service, Bifutay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4. User-Submitted Content

4.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of any original content you create and submit to the platform, including written responses, project work, assignments, and contributions to collaborative sessions. Submitting content to the platform does not transfer your underlying intellectual property rights to Bifutay.

4.2 Licence Granted to Bifutay

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Bifutay a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and providing the platform and its educational services. This licence continues for as long as your content remains on the platform.

4.3 Your Representations

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit that content, that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and that your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4.4 Prohibited Submissions

You must not submit content that reproduces copyrighted material without authorisation, contains trade secrets belonging to third parties, impersonates another person or entity, or is otherwise unlawful. Bifutay reserves the right to remove any submitted content that violates this Policy without prior notice.

5. Instructor and Educator Content

Instructors and educators who contribute course materials, lesson plans, exercises, or other educational content to the platform do so under a separate agreement with Bifutay. The terms of that agreement govern the allocation of intellectual property rights between the instructor and Bifutay. Learners accessing instructor-created content receive only the limited personal use rights described in Section 3 of this Policy and may not reproduce or redistribute such content.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The platform may incorporate or link to content owned by third parties, including reference materials, tools, and external resources. Such content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is subject to their own terms and conditions. Bifutay does not claim ownership over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for its accuracy, availability, or compliance with applicable laws.

7.2 Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid infringement notice, Bifutay will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. Bifutay will notify the user who submitted the content where required and appropriate.

7.3 Counter-Notices

If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to Bifutay. A valid counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution process.

8. Repeat Infringers

Bifutay maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Bifutay reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion based on the information available.
